Sunrise Entertainment was formed in the fall of 2009 to present a series of outdoor rock concerts at the Warren Community Amphitheatre in Warren, Ohio. Since the summer of 2010, that series, River Rock at the Amp, has been very successful for six summer seasons.

In the fall of 2013, Sunrise Entertainment expanded its offerings by adding a series of indoor concerts and Broadway shows on tour. This series is now in its third season.
